The defendant is jointly and severally with D Co., Ltd. to each of the plaintiffs 450,000,000 won and the defendant's response from May 20, 2020.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant” and “the part against the Defendant” shall be limited to the part against the Defendant.
