2. Parts to be dried;
A. Article 758(1) of the Civil Act has the duty of care to use and manage the apartment house of this case as well as to prevent the spread of a fire in multi-use room, as the owner of the multi-use room of this case, and the defendant, who is the owner of the multi-use room of this case, is liable to compensate the plaintiffs for damages caused by the fire of this case pursuant to Article 750 of the Civil Act.
