While Defendant B prepared a construction machinery lease agreement (standard) and a work confirmation document (E) stating that he/she used his/her own out of February 28, 2013 through May 15, 2013 for the purpose of using it as evidence for the application for a provisional attachment or payment order at an irregular location on August 2013, 201, Defendant B prepared a construction machinery lease agreement and a work confirmation document (E) from February 28, 2013 to May 15, 2013, even though he/she did not have been delegated by the J representative for the preparation of a construction machinery lease agreement and work confirmation document, Defendant B prepared a construction machinery lease agreement and a work confirmation document from March 25, 2013 to May 15, 2013 (except from May 7, 2013) on the site “N” column 34 copies of the construction machinery lease agreement and work confirmation document.
