1. From April 13, 2015 to May 31, 2016, Defendant A’s occupational breach of trust is the director of the city division of the E-Gun from around April 13, 2015 to around May 31, 2016, Defendant was engaged in overall control over the construction and construction of “F business” equivalent to KRW 1 billion in project cost for installing and constructing the victim’s E-Gun Seoul Metropolitan City E-gun, E-Gun, gys, yellow soil packaging, gys, and other convenience facilities (hereinafter “F business”). The Defendant, as the director of the city division of the E-Gun city from around April 13, 2015 to around the day when the project cost is one billion won.

On March 5, 2015, the Defendant purchased forest land within the development restriction zone located in Ulsan G (hereinafter “the instant forest”) and sold 630 square meters of forest land divided to B. On July 16, 2015, the Defendant applied for a building permit for a detached house on or around July 16, 2015, and the Defendant approved a building permit on or around August 7, 2015.

According to the existing plan for the construction project to be performed by the Plaintiff from January 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had a steel structure installed as a steel structure; and (b) had a retaining wall installed on the part adjacent to the water surface of the I reservoir; (c) had a retaining wall installed on the part adjacent to the water surface of the I reservoir; (d) had a violation of his duties to reduce the construction cost of the said B; and (e) had a concrete retaining wall installed on the part of the B from September 10, 2015 to May 31, 2016 at the bottom of the reservoir of 50 square meters of the said forests and fields; and (e) had a concrete retaining wall installed on the 74,000,720,000 won, instead of installing the steel structure equivalent to the construction cost of KRW 100,720,000,000, as in the existing plan.

As a result, the Defendant, taking advantage of the instant project, obtains pecuniary benefits from cutting the retaining wall construction cost of KRW 26,720,000, while saving the retaining wall construction cost of the said building site B, and is in the E-Gun in Ulsan Metropolitan City for the victims.
