2. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and the Defendants are the Defendants.

A. On March 27, 2012, the Plaintiff donated a forest E 11,504 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) from the F, referring to March 27, 2012, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land on April 12, 2012.

B. On the other hand, on October 8, 1951, F purchased a house on the instant land and its ground from G, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land on March 3, 1952, and H, F’s father, together with I, resided in the said house, and died on January 20, 1981, while H, who resided in the said house with I, was living in the said house, and caused Defendant B.

C. Upon the death of H, around 1985, I allowed J to reside in the above portrait house, and died at the place of directors in Seoul. From around 1985 to around 1998, the J reconstructed the said portrait house into a single-story house with the top-story roof of the said portrait house (hereinafter “the instant house”). The current status is 50 square meters on the ground that connects each point of the above 44,45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 444 in sequence with the annexed drawings.

Since then, the Defendants resided with the instant housing around March 31, 200 and resided until now. Of the instant land, the part of “B,” which connects each point of 50,51,52,53,50 square meters on the ground of 7 square meters in sequence, among the instant land, to the part of “B,” which connects each point of 54,55,56,57,57,58,59,60,60,54, and the part of “B,” which connects each point of 44 square meters on the ground of 58,59,60,61,58, 30 square meters in sequence, 30,000 square meters in line with the said drawings, 30,000 square meters in line with 30,000 square meters in line with the said drawings, 30,000 square meters in line with each of the said sections, 33,53 square meters in line with each of the said sections.
