around 13:00 on June 6, 2018, the Defendant attended meetings held by the minor E (n, 18 years of age), F (n, 17 years of age), G (n, 14 years of age), H (n, 15 years of age) who is a member of the D Promotion Committee (hereinafter “D Promotion Committee”) at the office located in B (hereinafter “C”), a corporation located in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “D”) located in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “C”), etc. (the Defendant is holding as the Secretary General of C, who is in charge of the Promotion Committee, and the Promotion Committee uses the C office as the place of the meeting). 피고인은 2018. 6. 6. 15:00 경 N 광장에서 E, F, G, H 와 위 N 광장에서 합류한 추진위원회 회원인 미성년자 O( 남, 18세) 등으로 하여금 약 5분 동안 K 후보의 선거 유세 차량 앞에서 ‘ ♡♡L 고문 K 화 이 팅♡♡’ 카드를 들고 있게 하는 방법으로 카드섹션을 하게 하였다.
