1. Compulsory execution against the Defendant’s Plaintiff based on the Supreme Court Decision 2019Da38037 Decided December 17, 2019.
Reasons
1. Since the plaintiff to indicate the claim has fully repaid the judgment amount stated in Paragraph (1) of the defendant's order against the plaintiff, compulsory execution based on the above judgment shall not be permitted.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
