A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around August 4, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence in public places) invaded into toilets, which are public-use places used by many and unspecified persons, for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire 4 times in total, as described in the attached Table Nos. 1 to 44, from the above date and time to August 10, 2019, including entering toilets B, in order to photograph women who are viewed as melting the public toilets in toilets.
2.
