However, for each two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

On April 18, 2013, A and B were sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 19, 2013.

1. Defendant D conspired with A, B, andO to open a new mobile phone at will by using another person’s personal information and to acquire a mobile phone by fraud. A.

On October 8, 2012, in collusion with A, B, andO, the Defendant: (a) drafted a false application for new entry into the LGP mobile phone in which R was entered as the applicant using the name, resident registration number, and forged identification files sent by A, B through O from the mobile phone agencies of “ Q” in Busan-gu P; and (b) had E operating S branch deliver the false application for new entry to the victim corporation as if it were the normal application for entry.

In collusion with A, B, andO, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; and (b) received one cellular phone of Samsung Ggallon in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,155,000, which was opened in the name of R from the victim; and (c) from around that time to October 29, 2012, the Defendant appears to be a clerical error in the attached Form No. 21 of the List of Crimes (1) No. 21 of the annexed Table of the indictment by the aforementioned method between around that time, and around October 29, 2012.

(Evidence Records 1526). As described above, the victim acquired 21 mobile phones of a total sum of 23,207,800 won from the victim and acquired them by deceit.

B. The Defendant, in collusion with A, B, andO, appears to be a clerical error in the indictment on October 8, 2012, “ October 8, 2010.”

In the foregoing mobile phone agency’s name, “R”, “T” and “B” without authority in the customer registration number column for the purpose of exercising the opening of a mobile phone for the purpose of the opening of a mobile phone.
