(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by service by public notice) provides, however, that only the claim for damages for delay shall be claimed at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the day of service of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment with respect to the 110,000,000 won and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum.
