(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable mutatis mutandis to the provisions of the Act (i.e., the judgment of confession, and the Defendant, after being served with the original copy of the instant payment order, filed a formal objection and was absent on the date for pleading without submitting a specific response, deeming that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
