A. 1) The Plaintiff is a design service contract between the Defendant and the Plaintiff in relation to the business of building a hotel in the site for accommodation facilities located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seoyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

2) At the time of the conclusion of the instant service contract, the Defendant changed the trade name to “B” on December 1, 2013.

F is the representative director of the Defendant Company, and G is an auditor, and H, F, and I became an internal director on November 28, 2014, and H was appointed as the representative director.

B. On January 14, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a new hotel construction service contract with the Defendant Company for the new hotel construction project of S2 site in the Goyang-si Complex (hereinafter “S2 site”) with the following content.

Design Contract

1. Name of the building: Construction of a new hotel in the D complex S2 site;

2. Location of a building site: Mangsan-gu, Goyang-gu.

3. A design content 1) Site area: For the purpose of 11,770.80 square meters (3,560.67 square meters): A hotel (special class 2), S.R. (S.), and sales facility (3): The number of floors: 23 stories above the second ground (23 stories above the second ground): The total floor area of 6,94.7 square meters (2,10.79 square meters) and the total floor area of 6,96,937.68 square meters (17,223.65 square meters).

4. Contract area: 56,937.68 square meters (17,223.65 square meters).

5. Contract amount: The amount of services provided to A by the owner of a separate building from the value-added tax, namely, the amount of KRW 2,583,00,000: (1) E, F designer A, and Article 3 (Scope of Contracts, etc.) of the J, shall be as follows:
