Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is an organization established by the Act on Honorable Treatment of U and Establishment of Related Associations and completed the registration of establishment on January 28, 2008, and the plaintiffs are members of the defendant.

B. Article 37 (Disciplinary Action) (1) of the Articles of Incorporation regarding the Defendant’s Disciplinary Action may take disciplinary action against any of the following members, officers, or employees of the board of directors through a resolution of at least 2/3 of the registered

1. A person who fails to comply with the articles of incorporation, bylaws or resolutions of the plenary session;

2. In the case of disciplinary action, the member concerned shall be notified of the reason in advance and give him an opportunity to vindicate.

(3) Other objects and kinds of disciplinary action shall be provided by separate regulations.

Article 2 (Scope and Scope of Application) of the Disciplinary Regulations shall apply to cases where members, executives, employees and representatives have committed the following acts in order to protect the rights and interests of the members' friendship results, to establish a sound organizational system, to preserve the honor of organizations and to protect property:

(1) When he/she commits an act in violation of the articles of incorporation. (2) A person who has neglected to take charge of, or has violated his/her duty to, the affairs of U and organization. < Amended by Act No. 310, Mar. 23, 2007> (4) A person who has embezzled property of the plenary session and a person who has taken part in, or has taken part in, embezzlement of the property of the plenary session. (5) A person who has obstructed the friendship and unity of members and who has committed an act of slandering or threateninging members.
