On December 02:06, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol, the blood alcohol concentration zero (0.128%) was drunk, the said car was driven by drinking approximately 5 km from the “Singing Steering House” located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, to the front intersection of the king apartment located in the Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu.
