1. With respect to the case of compulsory auction by official auction against the Youngju District Court Young-dong Branch C, D (Dual) and the above court on November 18, 2014.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Some dismissed parts of the Plaintiff also seek to distribute the dividend amount of KRW 7,616,032 to the Defendant to himself/herself. However, in the case of the Plaintiff, as in the instant case, if the debtor is the Plaintiff, the court of execution should change the distribution schedule for creditors who did not raise any objection to the dividend pursuant to Article 161(2)2 of the Civil Execution Act. Therefore, the part demanding the Plaintiff to distribute the dividend amount of KRW 7,616,032 to the Plaintiff is dismissed.
