1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff, by July 23, 2013, supplied agricultural products to the Defendant until July 23, 2013, asserted that the Plaintiff failed to receive KRW 29,596,000 out of the price, and sought payment for the unpaid agricultural products.
Therefore, in light of health stand and witness B’s testimony as to whether the Plaintiff has continuously supplied agricultural products to the Defendant, it is insufficient to recognize the Plaintiff’s assertion only with the descriptions of evidence Nos. 1, 2-1, 2-2, and 3, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
(In full view of the testimony of the witness B, the plaintiff's person who is supplied with agricultural products from the plaintiff can be recognized as B, not the defendant. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is without merit, and it is dismissed.
