A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 9, 2015, the Defendant involved in the accident that occurred on or around February 9, 2015, received the accident “as if it was an accident occurred due to the driver’s negligence” in the victim Samsungsung Disaster Insurance Co., Ltd., through the driver of the said vehicle, and the Defendant received the insurance money from the damaged person on February 17, 2015, KRW 500,000 on or around February 17, 2015, and KRW 400,000 on or around April 14, 2015.
2. The Defendant involved in the accident that occurred around August 17, 2015: (a) received the accident of “as if he/she was a driver’s negligence,” from the driver of the said vehicle, on August 19, 2015, the Defendant received the accident of “as if he/she was a driver’s negligence,” and the Defendant received the accident of “as if he/she was a driver’s negligence,” from the injured person, on the Gandong elementary school adjacent to the Gandong Elementary School located in the Dong-dong, Dong-gu, Seosan-gu, Dong-gu, Seosan-gu, Annsan-si, an Ansan-dong, which took place around August 17, 2015. The Defendant received KRW 1,300,000 from the injured person as insurance money on August 19, 2015.
3. The Defendant involved in the accident that occurred around August 21, 2015, on August 21, 2015, received the insurance money from the victim Samsungsung Disaster Insurance (M&A) through the driver of the said vehicle, on August 24, 2015, while reporting that DSP car would run at the ASP car around the AF elementary school located in Ansan-dong, Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and intentionally causing the accident that caused his/her loss to the after-school of the said vehicle, the Defendant received the accident “as if the accident occurred due to the driver’s negligence” from the victim Samsungsung Disaster Insurance (M&A). The Defendant received KRW 400,000 as the insurance money from the victim around August 24, 2015.
4. On August 25, 2015, the Defendant involved in the fraud related to the accident that occurred on or around August 25, 2015 is the Gu e-gu of Ansan-si around August 25, 2015.
