1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 56,137,388 won and 6% per annum from October 14, 2012 to January 24, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" and "debtor" shall be deemed to be "Plaintiff" and "Defendant 1". 2.
