Purport of claim and appeal
1.
1. There is no dispute between the parties to the underlying facts, or the following facts are acknowledged in full view of the overall purport of the arguments in the descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 5 and Eul evidence Nos. 2 to 15.
A. The network E constructed a building listed in the attached list on the F ground of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “G building”) and completed registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the wife H on May 22, 1984 with respect to the G building, and made I create a management office in the G building and delegated I with the conclusion of a lease agreement of the G building.
B. After the network H died on May 10, 2002, on October 29, 2002, the network E completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of "the inheritance by consultation and division on May 10, 2002" between D and the Defendants, as co-owners, on the part of itself and the network H’s son on October 29, 2002, the management of the G building was continued by having the I and the Accounting Staff J et al. Meanwhile, the building consists of the structure of the commercial building room as described below.

C. On October 29, 2002, when the registration of ownership transfer was completed due to the inheritance, G building was completed on the day of October 29, 2002; ① the obligor B as the recipient No. 87634; ② the obligor D as the receipt No. 87635; ③ the obligor C as the obligor C pursuant to the receipt No. 87636; ③ the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage to the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, which was made by the obligor as the obligor C, as the obligor No. 87636, the registration was completed on November 21, 2003. The network E, which was actually owned and managed, was dead on November 21, 2003.
On the other hand, the G Building inheritance is due to inheritance.
