도로교통법위반(무면허운전)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime
On March 8, 2016, around 09:20 on March 8, 2016, the Defendant driven a BF-type van without obtaining a driver's license from the Do in front of the maintenance of the presidential car in the city of Jinju to the front of the same road located in the same Corporation, and without obtaining a driver's license from around 100 meters in front of the same Corporation.
