However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 8, 2018, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties, around 21:20 on December 21, 2018, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties, such as: (a) cafeteria cafeteria in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) Doing out of the restaurant with the police officers dispatched after receiving 112 a report by putting his/her employees D and his/her name in secret; and (c) Doing that the Defendant’s bicycle was lost at the above restaurant; and (d) Doing that the Defendant’s bicycle was returned to the restaurant at around 22:20 on the same day.

2. On December 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Defendant’s bicycle before the restaurant specified in paragraph (1) on December 22 and 23, 2018; and (b) described that the Defendant continued to have the door that the said victim was not able to have his/her walked at the Defendant’s seat; and (c) assaulted the victim’s chest and shoulder by his/her fingers in the process of making the fluence.

3. On December 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 22:35, the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-ro 21-ro 29 Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Police Station: (b) obstructed the performance of official duties and assault; (c) was arrested in the act of the Defendant and went into an integrated investigative party room to the police officer E who had taken the Defendant’s behavior for the purpose of gathering evidence while entering the integrated investigative party room; and (d) took the hand and left eye of the said police officer’s hand and left eye.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on criminal investigation and prevention.
