1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 63,185,282 and KRW 31,345,315 among them, from June 4, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That each lawsuit against B, and C was withdrawn, and the Plaintiff reduced the purport of the claim as stated in the Disposition No. 1 by reflecting the Defendant’s guarantee limit on the first day of pleading of this case on the date of pleading of this case (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
