1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 391,854,337 as well as KRW 237,00,000 among them, from March 16, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Credit transaction agreement (for loans: general loans, loans: 210,00,000,000 won per annum: 17%) on March 31, 2010 between the new bank and the defendant with the indication of the claim, and credit transaction agreement on April 20, 2010 (for loans, comprehensive passbook loans, loans: 30,000,000 won: 17% per annum; 17% per annum; 210,000,000 won; 30,000 won per annum; 20,000,000 won plus 138,447,645,645 won per annum); and 206,640,640,640 or 206,000 won; and
