An application for compensation order filed by B by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

On May 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on April 18, 2018.

On May 30, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter “I wish to purchase cultural merchandise coupons” on Flapetu “G,” and falsely sent the victim H who contacted the letter “I will transfer KRW 200,000 to KRW 184,00 if I send online fin numbers of cultural merchandise couponss.”

However, in fact, the Defendant was thought to receive only fin number of cultural products from the beginning, and even if the Defendant received the said fin number from the victim, there was no intention or ability to transfer money.

As such, the Defendant, as described in the attached Table 1, obtained a total of 20,713,000 won from May 30, 2018 to November 30, 2018, by deceiving the victim and obtaining monetary benefits equivalent to the same amount of money from 200,000 won on the same day from the victim.

On June 18, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter “I wish to purchase cultural merchandise coupons” to FI, “I want to purchase cultural merchandise coupons” at FI, and makes a false statement to the victim I who communicates with the letter “I will transfer KRW 182,00,000 to the cash transfer of KRW 182,00 if I sent online fin numbers.”

However, in fact, the Defendant was thought to receive only fin number of cultural products from the beginning, and even if the Defendant received the said fin number from the victim, there was no intention or ability to transfer money.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received from the victim the Fin number of KRW 200,000 on the same day, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
