1. The Defendants, on March 28, 2012, have each share indicated in the separate sheet among the 1,388 square meters before R before residing in the Plaintiff.
1. On March 28, 1992, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) purchased 1,388 square meters prior to R (hereinafter “instant land”) at the time of residence jointly owned by S, T, and U as one-third shares on the registry; and (b) thereafter, jointly and openly occupied it with the intent to own it, the prescriptive acquisition on March 28, 2012 was completed.
Since the Defendants inherited each share listed in the separate sheet due to the death of S, T, and U, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on March 28, 2012 with respect to each share of ownership in the instant land.
