The Defendant driven the above vehicle at a temporary border and driven the above vehicle on the road of the Jinkdong, Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 899-6, driving along the two-lanes in the direction of the remote distance of the Gu telephone station in the direction of the city telephone station, and neglected the duty of the front-time drinking, due to occupational negligence, led the victim D (the age of 29) who was in the front line of the traffic signal in front of the same lane, and caused the victim to suffer the injury requiring a medical treatment for three weeks due to the front line of the vehicle driven by the Defendant.
