However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who served as an accounting employee at the D office of the victim C’s operation located in South Korea-si from around May 2009 to May 201.

1. On March 22, 2010, the Defendant, at the above D office, withdrawn KRW 2,40,000,000 from the Nong Bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the victim by means of inputting the information to be paid in the amount of KRW 2,40,000,00 in cash, which is the data processing unit, in the form of a cash withdrawal, and distributed only KRW 2,00,000,000,00 to the victim and consumed the remaining 4,000,000 won for personal purposes, as stated in the attached Table Nos. 1, 2,4,18, 30, 39, 60, and 76, and consumed it for personal purposes.

2. On April 12, 2010, the Defendant, at the above D office, purchased goods through a computer in the Internet shopping site, and settled KRW 30,000 won by accessing the Internet banking in the victim’s name without authority, as well as by settling the value of goods in attached Table 3, 5 through 17, 19 through 29, 31 through 38, 40, 42 through 51, 53, 54, 58, 59, 61 through 75, as stated in attached Table 3, 54, 58, 59, 61 through 75.

3. Around November 10, 2010, the Defendant, at the said D office, connected the Internet banking without authority using the computer in the victim’s name, transferred KRW 4 million to G, the Defendant’s branch of the Defendant using the victim’s OTP card, and transferred the sum of KRW 1,482,00,000 to other persons without authority, as indicated in [Attachment 41,52,55,56,57] and [Attachment 41,52,56,57].

As a result, the defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to 80,315,260 won in total by inputting or altering information without authority to the information processing device, such as computer, etc.
