However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On March 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally used air defense, in a parking lot where the trade names in Sung-nam-si B are unknown, in order to attach a registration number plate to the vehicle for business use to the vehicle for the vehicle for the vehicle for the vehicle for the vehicle for the vehicle the Defendant owns, two copies of the registration number plate in front and rear the said vehicle for the vehicle for business use are removed, and two copies of the registration number plate purchased from D were attached to the said vehicle for the vehicle for the cargo.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully and used the air illegally for the purpose of exercising the registration number plate.

2. On March 27, 2013, the Defendant operated cargo vehicles with a registration license plate attached at a point of 354 km along the middle-speed highway located in the Hannam-si, Busan Metropolitan City, at a point of 354 km from the parallel, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.
