1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from March 1, 2018 to May 17, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

According to Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the plaintiff lent KRW 200,000,00 to the defendant on January 26, 2018 as of February 28, 2018. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan amount of KRW 200,000,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from March 1, 2018 to May 17, 2018, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, from March 1, 2018, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and from the next day to the date of full payment, 15% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
