On February 4, 2014, at around 08:20, the Defendant: (a) taken a bath at the 8th floor of the department below the department of the medical accommodation of the Gwangju prison located in the Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, using a large interest of “Issk, and Isk, Isk, Isk, Isk, Isk, Isk, Isk, Isk, and skn, Isk in the room. Isk in the corridor; (b) the Defendant c, a prison officer of the Gwangju-si prison, who is the victim, took a disturbance, such as the window skbing the window sk, and was laid on the floor, so I would like to see it, thereby hindering the victim from performing his legitimate duties regarding the safe guard of the victim; and (c) obstructed the victim’s injury, such as snow, snow, e.g., the left side of the body of the victim, and preventing the injury of the victim.
