Action for Revocation of Fraudulent Act by a judgment without pleadings
Since the act of a delinquent taxpayer to transfer condominium membership to the defendant constitutes a fraudulent act committed with the knowledge that it would prejudice the plaintiff, it is presumed that the defendant also knew the fact, the act of the delinquent taxpayer constitutes a fraudulent act with the knowledge that it constitutes a fraudulent act, and thus the amount in arrears should be revoked and restored to the original state (a judgment without holding any pleadings under Articles 208(3)1

1. To revoke a gift agreement concluded on October 16, 2017 with respect to condominium membership recorded in the separate sheet between the defendant and the leastA.
2. The defendant shall return the condominium membership in the attached list to the leastA and shall implement the procedure for changing the transfer of ownership.
3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
