1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 28,60,000 and KRW 22,00,000 among them, from January 25, 2017 to the day of full payment.
1. The Plaintiff entered into a supply contract with the Defendant for the supply and installation of a serious air conditioners on August 2015. Of them, the Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 28.6 million in total, including KRW 2.6 million in the construction cost of the air conditioners (5.5 million on September 30, 2015 through December 30, 2015, with the intention to pay KRW 5.5 million each month from September 30, 2015 to December 30, 2015; however, the Plaintiff shall lose the benefit at the time of default and add damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum) and 6.6 million in the construction cost.
