The defendant is a driver of a car in the Doe-gu.

On February 19, 2016, at around 06:10, the Defendant made a left turn to the left at the front of the F cafeteria in Pyeongtaek-si E at the Myeon of the Tong-si market.

Since the intersection is not equipped with signal apparatus, in such a case, the driver has the duty of care to prevent accidents in advance and safely drive the vehicle by checking whether there is a vehicle passing through the intersection by reducing speed and checking well the left and right of the front side of the vehicle.
