1. As to the Defendant’s share (1/3 co-owner’s share) among the 81,322 square meters of forest land in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: On December 8, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase the Defendant’s share (1/3 of co-owner’s share) in the area of 81,322 square meters of the forest above 81,32 square meters, and paid the full purchase price by January 12, 2015.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff seeks the Defendant to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership with respect to the Defendant’s share out of 81,32 square meters of forest land.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
