1. Upon entering into a sales contract for an E hospital located in Gangwon-gun D, the Defendant did not have any delegation from F to F on the preparation of a sales contract.

Nevertheless, around August 1, 2011, the Defendant entered “D, E Hospital,” “F,” “F,” and “A” in the buyer’s column in the column of the purchase price in the form of a real estate sales contract, at the HDa located in Ansan-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Ansan-si, Busan-si., the Defendant affixed the Defendant’s seal next to the name of A, stating in the column of the purchase price in the form of a real estate sales contract.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant drafted a copy of a real estate sales contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations, by gathering the F’s agent qualification.

2. Uttering qualification certificates or private documents;

A. The Defendant concluded a real estate sales contract with the J which was delegated the authority of the seller I to the E hospital at the same time and place as that of paragraph (1) and exercised it by delivering the real estate sales contract prepared as stated in paragraph (1) to J who knows that it was duly formed.

B. On August 201, 201, the Defendant asked K to lend KRW 130 million, as set forth in paragraph (3), at a mutually infinite restaurant located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and issued a real estate sales contract prepared as set forth in paragraph (1) to K as if it was duly formed, and exercised it.

3. On August 201, 201, the Defendant presented a sales contract for the instant hospital to the victim K at the mutual infinite restaurant located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, stating that “The Defendant would lend 130 million won to 15 million won, and repay her with no mold until September 15, 201, because the funds for the construction are insufficient,” while presenting a sales contract for the instant hospital to the victim K.

However, as in paragraph (1), the Defendant prepared a sales contract for a hospital as an agent of F, with the qualification of F, and down payment.
