The defendant was married on February 26, 2010 with the victim B (the age of 49) and on September 5, 2014, but was brought a divorce lawsuit from the victim to the Ulsan District Court on September 5, 2014, and is currently pending a divorce lawsuit.

At around 09:30 on September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) prevented the victim from taking away the victim’s cell phone; (b) prevented the victim; and (c) caused the victim to break down, and (d) took other steps open for the following parts, which require approximately one week medical treatment to the victim by shouldering the left part of the victim.
