1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 57,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 14, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Loans of KRW 5,00,000 on August 20, 2008 to the Defendant indicated in the claim, and loans of KRW 52,000,000 on May 8, 2010, and damages for delay thereof, totaling KRW 57,000,000 on loans and loans of KRW 52,000 on May 8, 2010.
