However, the lower court’s sentencing is not deemed unfair in light of the following: (a) there was no particular change in the sentencing conditions compared with the lower court; and (b) there was a serious result of the death of the victim; (c) however, considering the various sentencing conditions in the instant records and arguments, including the fact that the Defendant was the first offender and the bereaved family

Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
