Defendant B (Defendant A and B) was a person who had been the president of the 4th E-Union in Ansan-si E-gu, Ansan-si, and was ordered to be dismissed from office as the president of the association on May 29, 2009. After that, the Supreme Court rendered a decision on November 10, 201, sentenced on the 201Da69372 decided on November 10, 201, restored the position of the president of the association. Defendant A is a member of the said association.

On November 30, 2011, as the term of office of the president of the 4th E Association expires, there was an election to elect the president of the 5th E Association from the F Memorial Hall in Ansan-si around November 28, 201.

As the above Supreme Court decision was made, the Defendants passed a resolution on the election proposal to elect the representatives of the E Union in accordance with the articles of association, and accordingly, the above election commission added illegal ballot papers to the ballot box in order to proceed with the next election for the head of the E Union, and sentenced the above election to nullify the above election.
