If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car;

On December 10, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at around 09:45 on December 10, 2013, and moved to the direction of the children's hall from the middle-dong intersection to the bank of the children's hall.

Since there is a private road crossing, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed for drivers and to properly see the ebbbbrence and to prevent accidents in advance by accurately operating the steering and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to turn to the right, and received the part of the victim C(22 years old) who was driven by the victim C(22) who was sent to the left at the opposite side, prior to the left side of the said DSS3 car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, damaged the above SM3 car to repair cost of KRW 1,279,535 to the victim E (the victim 23 years of age) who is the passenger, by taking about two weeks of medical treatment. At the same time, the Defendant damaged the above SM3 car to repair cost of KRW 1,279,535.

2. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated B rocketing car without mandatory insurance at the same time and place as that of the preceding paragraph.
