Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments set forth in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8, the plaintiffs entered into a contract for sale in lots with the defendant on May 5, 2009 that 308,400,000 Won and 1201,5% of the purchase price, 485,040,000 won for part payments, and 282,940,000 won for part payments, and 10% of the remainder payment under the contract for sale in lots between the defendant and the defendant's joint executor. The plaintiffs did not pay 80% of the purchase in lots to the defendant's 1,2,300,000 won after the lapse of 80,000 won interest payment under the contract for sale in lots. The plaintiffs did not pay 20% of the remainder payment to the defendant's 1,600,000 won and 1,000,000 won for part payments in lots to the defendant's 2,016.
