A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A is a person who has overall control over the relevant business in transferring a factory after purchasing part of a factory and machinery equipment of the E company on March 21, 2013 at the auction procedure.

1. Around 11:00 on March 27, 2013, Defendant A destroyed the locks of the factory entrance of this case managed and possessed by the victim company by cutting off the locks out of the outer steel door to be locked with locks, the outer steel door of which was locked by the victim company.

2. The Defendant A affected the structure at the time and place described in the above 1. Paragraph A, and upon the victim’s company’s management, the structure was invaded.

3. On March 29, 2013, from around 15:00 to April 11:00, 2013, Defendant A concealed the property of another person by carrying out, without permission, some of the seals and drawings owned by the victim E-stock company from around 15:0 and from around 11:00, under Article 1 of the said Act, one of the valves pressure test specifications and measuring instruments, 43 vehicles in total, one of the valves in the pressure pressure pressure valve and the water pressure pressure valve, one of the water pressure pressure gauge in the valve system test, one of the water table, one of the water table, one of the oil flow pressure tester, three of the water pressure test valves, one of the pressure valves, and seven of computers, etc., thereby making it difficult to detect the location of the property of the victim company.

4. Defendant A: (a) at the date and place as indicated in the above 3.3. Paragraph (3) above; (b) at the Incheon District Court’s enforcement officer G with the creditor H’s entrustment of enforcement, and (c) at the Incheon District Court’s 2012Gadan 13858, which was attached by the judgment of construction cost of construction work, and (d) 43 of some of the seals mentioned in the foregoing 3. 3. Articles 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1, and 7, of the valves pressure pressure valves, and a public official’s arbitrary release of the computer, thereby concealing or using other methods.
