A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.
On July 22, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.067% of blood alcohol concentration on July 22, 2015, and driven the said car at a speed of about 80km in speed from the Cheongdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the Cheongdong-dong intersection, along two-lanes.
At the time, the victim D(the age of 31) was followed by the golf car driven by the victim D(the age of 31) prior to the same direction. In such a case, the driver had a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the front line and the front line with the driver.

2. On June 13, 2007, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act by the Seoul Central District Court a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving). On April 21, 2010, the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) and issued a fine of KRW 1.5 million to the Seoul Central District Court on April 21, 2010, the prohibition under the Road Traffic Act that no vehicle shall be driven under the influence of alcohol was committed twice or more.
