Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: Seoul Central District Court Decision 2012Gu12208, which was granted immunity, but omitted entry of the obligation against the Defendant without bad faith, and thus, confirmed the exemption of this case. 2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act): Defendant submitted only the written reply dated 3, 2015, to the effect that the Plaintiff is granted the Plaintiff’s claim.
