On April 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Indecent Act by compulsion, Indecent Act by force, insult, and Punishment of Violences, etc. (a deadly weapons, etc.), and completed the execution of the sentence in a public prison on August 2, 2012.

The Defendant, without a certain occupation, was living together with C (n, 76 years old) in a residential area. However, the ordinary mother, C, and siblings were not treated with South and North Korea, and the Defendant was frequently imprisoned by using fireproof and violence to his family. Accordingly, the Defendant had been fluent to his family.

On February 21, 2014, at around 02:34, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the mother was not inside the house, and confirmed that the mother was not inside the house, and that he was going out without any contact; (b) cut oil stored in the boiler room in the instant house on two occasions at the cell site; (c) laid off the cell site of the house with the telephone fee notice in his possession; and (d) laid down the door on the floor of the house; (d) laid down the door door on the floor of the household by placing the door door on the floor of the living room; and (e) laid down the door door on the floor of the living room; and (e) laid up the door door on the floor of the living room; and (e) laid up the door door on the floor of the living room; and (e) laid up the door door on the part of the living room; and (e) laid up the door up to the wall.

As a result, the Defendant destroyed all 1 bonds of 43.6 million won (the first floor detached house) used by C for residential purpose.
