1. Occurrence of liability for damages and limitation on liability;
A. On November 2, 2017, H’s ground for liability 1) H is an I eth-sports cargo vehicle owned by it (hereinafter “Defendant”) around 19:43, 2017.
(i) A driver’s license, driving on the road one-laned road in front of the entrance of the J village in the Chungcheongnam-gun of the Chungcheongnam-gun of the Chungcheongnam-gun of the Chungcheongnam-do along the speed of about 60 km in speed from the west to the king, and, at the same time, he was driven from the bus at the bus stops near the above road at the port of the defendant’s running along the above road to the right side of the port of the direction of the vehicle (hereinafter referred to as “the network”).

B. According to the facts of recognition of the above liability for damages, the defendant is an insurance company of the defendant's vehicle and is liable to compensate the plaintiffs for the damages they suffered due to the accident of this case.
다. 책임의 제한 1) 피고차량 운전자는 피고차량을 운전하여 이 사건 사고 장소를 자주 지나다니는 사람으로서 그곳은 버스 정류장이 있는 마을 입구인데, 주변에 횡단보도가 없어서 무단 횡단하는 사람이 많이 있다는 것을 잘 알고 있었고, 또 당시는 야간이었으므로, 피고차량 운전자로서는 속도를 충분히 줄이고 전방 및 좌우를 잘 살펴 무단 횡단하는 사람이 있는지 여부를 잘 살피면서 안전하게 진행할 주의의무가 있음에도 불구하고 이를 게을리 한 잘못이 있고, 이러한 잘못이 이 사건 사고의 원인이 되었다. 2) 한편, 망인으로서도, 당시는 야간이었고, 도로가에 다른 차량이 비상등과 전조등을 켠 채 정차하고 있어 마주 오는 차량의 시야가 좋지 않을 수 있으므로, 다른 차량이 오는지 여부를 잘...
