1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,018,167 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from September 20, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. From October 2014 to December 2018, the Plaintiff was supplied with medicine to the Defendant. While the Defendant did not pay the price, the price for the goods that was unpaid after collecting a part of the inventory was equivalent to KRW 43,018,167 as of January 2019. The Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the price for the goods that was unpaid, KRW 43,018,167, and delay damages therefrom.
