1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,796,009 and KRW 22,708,135 out of them, 24% per annum from November 4, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendants were served with the original payment order, submitted the written objection, and did not submit any subsequent reply, and did not appear on the date for pleading, and therefore, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
