1. The Defendant: (a) from May 23, 2014, to Plaintiff A, KRW 166,823,200, KRW 50,000, and each of the above amounts.
1. Basic facts
A. From around 1973, Plaintiff A had been punished by a campaign for constitutional amendment, such as promoting a signature campaign with one million won for the purpose of amending the 100,000 won for filing a petition for constitutional amendment, which was to contact with visitors, believers, intellectuals, young students, etc. from around 1973, and Plaintiff B was the wife of Plaintiff A. (2) On January 13, 1974, the Plaintiff was arrested and detained as the first offender under subparagraph 1 of the Presidential Emergency Decree issued by D President on January 8, 194 (hereinafter “Emergency Decree”), and was investigated as to the above suspicion. Plaintiff
A was later prosecuted on the charge of violating Emergency Decree No. 1, and the main contents of the facts charged are as follows.
