The facts in the cause of the claim are either disputed between the parties, or acknowledged by the whole purport of each entry and pleading in Gap evidence (including each number), and there is no counter-proof. It is so decided as per Disposition.

The Plaintiff’s claim amount includes KRW 293,070 of the estimated amount of unpaid management expenses for the second term portion (from January 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018) in 2018. Therefore, in consideration of the initial date of calculating damages for delay on the above amount, the initial date of calculating damages for delay on the Plaintiff’s claim amount should be recognized as of October 1, 2018, the following day after September 4, 2018, for which the Plaintiff sought correction of the purport of the claim and supplement of the cause thereof, which is the day after September 15, 2018.
